Parking

Thanet District Council have set up a new Scheme - Loan a Cone - as part of Operation Zig-Zag.

If you are affected by parking issues, outside your property, during school drop off and pick up times you are eligible to loan 2 large cones for free. These can be put out during peak times to help keep parking clear.

The Operation Zig-Zag is led by the Thanet Community Safety Partnership and aims to ensure children get to and from school safely.

Thanet District Council (TDC) have now indefinitely postponed plans for introducing parking charges in Westgate-on-Sea.
