Temporary Road Closure - Lymington Road, Westgate On Sea - 28th July 2023 (Thanet District)

It will be necessary to close part of Lymington Road, Westgate On Sea, from 28th July 2023 with estimated completion by 29th July 2023.

Lymington Road, Westgate On Sea, will be closed between the junctions of Guildford Avenue and Minster Road, between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 only, to the actual extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any Westbound through traffic is via Minster Road, A28 Canterbury Road, Cambourne Avenue and Guildford Avenue.

The alternative route for any Eastbound through traffic is via Guildford Avenue, Cambourne Avenue, A28 Canterbury Road and Minster Road.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing water works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Southern Water.
