Westgate-on-Sea Town Council staff and councillors were delighted to attend Saturday’s Heritage Centre AGM and the following fascinating talk on the history of our town’s Pancake Races in the 1950s and 1960s.

We are looking forward to hosting Sally Whitworth at our offices tomorrow, Tuesday 4th March, where she will give another talk on the races and the history of Westgate’s shops and traders at 6pm. Everyone is welcome to attend
